Bed comfy. Fresh juices & smoothies good. Son loved choc waffles & bacon at breakfast. Friendly check-in staff on Fri. Clean facility. Smiles from staff made everyone happy. Felt safe. Very helpful staff.

The hotel is conveniently located between Northampton and Amherst. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The continental breakfast was good and offered variety. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. The hotel felt a bit more upscale than I had anticipated.
The hotel is rural/suburban. It's too far to really walk to towns. However, if you like a nice walk along the river and farms, it's beautiful!
